Shipping & Returns Policy for so-low.com

Except for custom orders, Buyer may cancel and return the Goods to Seller, subject to the terms and conditions of this document, if Buyer provides written notice to Seller within thirty (30) days of Buyer's receipt of the Goods that Buyer does not accept the Goods.

In the event the Buyer elects to cancel the order and return the Goods pursuant to this Paragraph, Buyer shall assume all risk of loss and transportation and handling charges in connection therewith, unless stated otherwise by the Seller. Seller reserves the right to refuse to refund any deposit or payment or cancel any payment due and owing until such time as Seller (a) is in receipt of the Goods; (b) has inspected the Goods; and, (c) in Seller's discretion, has found such Goods to be free of damage. ALL RETURNED GOODS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

Shipping & Handling Fee

All cancelled and/or active Orders shall be subject to shipping costs (to and from) after order is placed with Seller. So-Low has the right to place an additional handling fee based on processing time for shipment of the product. The seller has the right to be provided a copy of both shipping and handling fees (combined in one total sum), in the form of an invoice, at any point after the buyer places an order with the seller. It is the buyers responsibility to request information on any shipping or handling fees.

Shipment Stocking Fee

So-Low holds the right to charge a buyer for any stocking fees accumulated by a product which is shipped, but not able to be delivered. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure any shipment adresses provided to So-Low are correct and ready for shipment receiving per the specificed shipment instructions. So-Low will attempt to contact a buyer in the event such a stocking fee could be applied.

Return Restocking Fee

Buyer may be subject to a stocking fee, which is based on a % of the total cost. A restocking fee may be applied to either an order currently in progress, an order currently in transit, or an order which has been received by the buyer. By agreeing to this policy, you, the Buyer, acknowladges So-Low has the right to place a restocking fee on any situation where a customer returns and/or cancels an order.
